Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. You can return your item without giving any reason. However, due to the nature of our products (digital works of art) after refunding you should delete all copies of the product in your possession. Failing to do so can result in copyright infringement.

To complete your return, we you are kindly asked to contact us through the website contact form.

Refunds

Once your claim is received we will process it within 5 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

All items can be refunded, but only for the actual sales price.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer exchanges, only refunds..
